    Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen

    Die zentrale Lage. Es war sauber.

    Das 2. Schlafzimmer war eher eine Abstellkammer, das Kinderbett hat so geknarzt, dass man nicht darin schlafen konnte. Die Matratze war nur eine dünne Faltmatratze. Insgesamt war es sehr abgewohnt. Die Heizung hat bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert und war ausgestellt. Die erste Nacht somit sehr kalt. Am 2. Tag (von 4 Nächten) kam abends der Handwerker und hat dies repariert (entlüftet). Das Heizungsproblem war laut Handwerker auch bereits länger bekannt. Mitte Oktober kann man aber erwarten, dass dies vor Anreise von Gästen geprüft wird. Die Küche sollte dringend einmal erneuert werden. Auch die Alu Jalousien sind schon ziemlich kaputt und habe ich eigentlich seit Jahren in keiner Ferienwohnung mehr gesehen. Der Boden im Wohnraum hatte einen älteren Wasserschaden, vermutlich mit Schimmel darunter.

    Ausstattung alte Couch, Matratzen sollten erneuert werden, steile Treppen, 2 OG bekommen, obwohl Terrasse stand, Fenster Schlafzimmer nicht zum kippen möglich
