  Un séjour très décevant et une arrivée particulièrement compliquée. La récupération des codes nécessaires pour accéder à l’appartement a été très compliquée. Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure avant de pouvoir entrer dans le logement, et cela très tard dans la soirée. Cette situation est inadmissible après un voyage et aurait dû être beaucoup mieux organisée. À notre arrivée, nous avons également constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’électricité dans l’appartement. Le tableau électrique ne nous a par ailleurs pas du tout rassurés. Une des chambres n’avait pas de lumière, ce qui était particulièrement gênant. Enfin, le spa n’était pas fonctionnel, alors qu’il faisait partie des équipements annoncés et constituait un élément important de notre choix. Nous sommes vraiment très déçus de cette expérience. L’organisation, les équipements et les conditions d’arrivée ne correspondaient absolument pas à ce que nous étions en droit d’attendre. Nous espérons que ces problèmes seront pris au sérieux afin que les prochains voyageurs ne rencontrent pas les mêmes difficultés.

  A horrible and frustrating start, made worse by a two-hour wait outside with my family and luggage

  Location and Unit itself was good.

  The key and access system was pathetic and horrible. We had to wait for two hours outside the building, in front of the main entrance, with our family and luggage. The main door was supposed to open automatically using the online access system, but the application did not work for two hours. During this time, I called the property many times, but there was no response. I also sent several messages through Booking.com, but nobody replied. After waiting for two hours, someone from the property finally provided us with the correct access. It was extremely frustrating and a big inconvenience to wait outside for so long with my family and luggage. This was a very poor and unacceptable experience.
