The place is great, but the owner doesn't respond. Will not stay again
The actual room was clean, modern and comfortable.
Communication with the owner was terrible. From the start I had to wait ages for a response to my questions. And then when we arrived, the code they had sent to enter the "foyer" didn't work. I couldn't get hold of the owner to get in- they wouldn't answer the phone and every text message took ages to respond. Thankfully, someone else was coming out of the "foyer" and they told us that there was a lock-box with a key to get into the main area and told us the code for that - the owner had not provided this information although they must have been aware that there was an issue with the door code. Very frustrating - the owner responded nearly 3 hours later. To make matters worse (although the owner could not have done anything about this), there was a power outage in the morning when we were leaving and alarms were going off all over the place.

Fort Knox mag keine Gäste, auch wenn diese bezahlt haben.
Das Zimmer selbst war ok, das Hineinkommen fast unmöglich. Modern-stylisch eingerichtet, schlampig gewartet. Zimmer 3: der Duschkopf so defekt, dass seitlich mehr herausspritzt, als durch den eigentlichen Duschkopf, die Duschstange selbst lässt sich an den Dübeln aus der Wand ziehen - fällt einem auf den Kopf, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Die Klimaanlage rattert wie ein alter Mercedes Diesel.......
Das größte Problem: Wir konnten weder das Haus, noch den Vorraum und auch nicht das Zimmer öffnen, die Angaben dazu waren -nach 2 Tagen Mailverkehr - schlichtweg falsch. Vom Betreiber ist am Samstag Abend (und wohl auch an den anderen Tagen) niemand zu erreichen. Hätte uns nicht eine Hauspartei -etwas widerwillig - ins Haus gelassen, wären wir auf der Straße gestanden. Eine Bewohnerin des Zimmer 2, die wir herausgeklopft hatten, hat uns dann verraten, dass die verteilten Zimmercodes falsch sind und eine Zahl fehlt - sie hatte das gleiche Problem. Mit deren Hilfe kamen wir dann endlich auch in unser Zimmer. Den Gästen auf Zimmer 4 habe ich dann beim gleichen Problem geholfen... Was denkt sich der Betreiber dabei? Meine "Kommunikation" ersehen Sie aus den angefügten Bildern. Daher die schlechte Bewertung!
