    Good stay Porto is an interesting place to visit

    The location was great and Pavel gave us good tips on what to see and do, he offered a map to help us navigate the area. Overall it was a good stay.

    The location was excellent and the bonus was we were able to use the pool of the hotel near the appartment.The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

    I had booked the appartment with a balcony, which we did not get. The girl at reception said we had been allocated one without a balcony. I would like this explained please as I definitely booked the appartment with a balcony.

    The reception was excellent Raquel, Catia, and Maria were the best So helpful as we enjoyed our time

    Did not stay for the breakfast

    There was a noisy sound which sounded like a pump continually going on and off or it may have been something else Spoke to the front desk and they said they would check into it

    L'emplacement (pas loin du métro, centre de Porto accessible à pied en 10 à 15 minutes, pas loin du pingo doce), l'équipement (particulièrement complet pour la cuisine), la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel voisin qui gère rapidement les problèmes éventuels, le calme (apparte donnant sur jardins)...
