    Cebu Soul, Double-Booking Rooms is What They Do.

    I booked days in advance and was excited about the stay. We arrived late, a few hours after the official check-in time, and spent a further thirty minutes trying to find someone who could assist us, show us to our accommodation. Eventually finding someone, they then told us that our room, for which we had already paid four nights, had been sold to someone else. The man on the desk was pleasant. That was likeable.

We arrived late, a few hours after the official check-in time, and spent a further thirty minutes trying to find someone who could assist us, show us to our accommodation. Eventually finding someone, they then told us that our room, for which we had already paid four nights, had been sold to someone else. By now evening, I had to hurriedly find somewhere for my wife and I to stay. At such short notice, the only place I could find was a condo unit at twice the price of the already expensive Cebu Soul. I was furious.

    Das Zimmer gebucht bezahlt dann kam kurz darauf bitte schicken sie uns ausweiskopie dann bin ich dorthin gefahren. Ungefähr eine Stunde für 5 km, nach langer Zeit endlich jemand erreicht um zu erfahren dass das Zimmer nicht frei ist
