    Lovely the lake and area to getting to places was okay Lovely walks. Love the waterfall shower.

    Not been greated by the owner. The two chairs in the living area couldn't have a cupper as it spilled over me because they wobbly. No oven gloves to take hot stuff out oven.

    A perfect place

    The location was a suntrap so sunshine all day long,cabin was clean and cosy,the lake and fountain were beautiful.Access to golf club pool and facilities were a much appreciated bonus.Overall a fantastic place to stay,we have already booked another trip for this year.

    It's a no brainer!

    We both have stressful jobs and immediately felt relaxed on arrival. The lodge was beautifully presented and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host was lovely. He popped round every day to check the site and was really friendly, but not intrusive. My partner enjoyed how close he was to the lodge to fish The coast is just under an hr away, where you can see seals and puffins at Flamborough or get the seaside vibe at Bridlington. York City is about half an hr away. We used the park & ride. Far cheaper and easier than city parking. We are definitely returning next year. ❤️
