Location. Overall the apartment was OK but not maintained.

Didn't have hot water for 3 days until they told me what to do. There were no channels on the TV only the TV with nothing to watch. The apartment manager answered but didn't do anything for 3 days.

A great time in Bansko for our friends.

Lovely location, clean apartment. Excellent communication with owner and very clear instructions.

    Nothing.

The location is good. The instructions were clear. Enough space. Clean.

The state of the apartment is on the low side, e.g. the lights in the sleeping rooms were not working, some bulbs were missing, shower holder were in poor state. Power sockets were coming of the walls, which is not OK and not safe. Iron was not present, though in the description it was given that there is one in the apartment. You can see that the maintenance was not a priority for the owners. The TV was not working/no signal.
