    Great tentative host. Great views, the walk to the town isnt easy, but easily worth it for the views!

    Good

    The location was great, 5 minutes to the lift. The host, Svelta who welcomed us was nice and funny and she responded quick when we had a problem and came over. The apartment building has an elevator It had a balcony, the rooms were spacious and the living room had enough room for 4 persons. The kitchen had some cutlery and utensils for a small meal or breakfast. The apartment had great heating. It has a washing machine so that's perfect.

    It could have been more clean, we cleaned a bit when we arrived, the door didn't had a handle on the inside, Svelta said she didn't know but the property manager will come to fix it, which never happened. When we had to check in we received the phone number for the property manager for the receival of the keys who never picked up, so Svelta came to let us in. On our second day, the water heater was off, Svelta forgot to tell us to verify a switch on the hallway for it, so when we came back from the slopes the water heater was off and we only had cold water. The other host Anne told us to talk to the property manager who told us about the switch, but no other information about the settings, and about 2 and a half hours later Svelta came by when we talked with her about the problem. Anne was never of any help, the only thing she said was to talk to the property manager. It was weird at the checkout time we received a message about leaving the key with the property manager, who never picked up, and a message from Svelta to leave the key under the door mat.
