Needs some money invested to show care for guests. Cold and overused

The location does not get better, it was perfect

I asked for check in info two times and did not get it, got it after we got there after a 7 hour drive. Waited for it while in a desperate need of bathroom. Two small heaters, never warm enough, both came back home sick. one socket for either the heater or tv but there is no cable tv there so the tv was useless. The bathroom was freezing, when I asked how to turn the heater on got response IT DOES NOT WORK. The door and windows are so bad there is constant draft and cold, made a video od drapes being pushed by the cold air, constantly moving, door rattling all the time. Found a lump od dirty toilet paper in the corner of the bathroom, stains in the kitchen, some hair on the tile. The bathtub leaked so bad it was a stream of water all over bathroom floor. Paper thin walls, can hear people talking on the phone. Way overpriced for what you get. Had friends in the same building that had a great vacation.

    Exceptional

Great apartment in a fabulous location. Extremely close to gondola, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Easy communication with owner and manager in resort.
