    Breakfast was excellent, if pricey. The staff were very well trained and extremely helpful

    The offering (non Michelin) in the restaurant was a bit odd

    Eine gute Wahl, um Beaune zu erkunden

    Ein stilvolles Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Beaune. Das Hotel selbst ist eher modern ausgestattet, während das sehr empfehlenswerte Sterne-Restaurant nebenan einen chateau-ähnlichen Stil aufweist. Der Service ist sehr gut, besonders der Concierge hat uns sehr geholfen mit Restaurantempfehlungen und einer Tastingtour. Das Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden, ist aber reichhaltig und gut. Vom Hotel aus überquert man nur die Straße und ist gleich in der Altstadt von Beaune mit ihren vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Tastingtouren werden von entsprechenden Unternehmen in vielen Varianten angeboten, das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, denn alle berühmten Lagen der Bourgogne liegen gleich vor der Haustür. Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen dort und werden gerne noch einmal hinfahren.

    Die Zimmer haben keine Schubladen, sondern nur Atrappen. Außer ein paar Bügeln sind die Ablagemöglichkeiten beschränkt. Das Hotel beherbergte jeden Tag andere Fahrradtouristen, die abends die Bar und morgens den Frühstücksraum lautstark in Besitz nahmen.
