    Clean, secure, and comfortable accommodation with a very friendly host.

    The host was very supportive and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment felt secure, with a 24-hour security guard on site. The location was convenient for me, as there is a shopping mall directly across the street with plenty of dining options.

    The surrounding area and commuting experience were not particularly pleasant, although I don't think this is the property's fault.

    I like the place itself.... comfy for my 2 days stay.

    I have to walk 15 mins to reached the train station and jeepney stop going to Edsa ... have to walk and cross the busy road of balintawak circle.. its convinient if you have a private car though.

    The unit was lovely, the location to Cloverleaf Ayala Mall is great. The view from the roof deck is exhilarating. Security is second to none.

    The traffic noise is non-stop, 24 hours. The bed mattress is upside down, don't know why that was. The hot water heater in the shower is a bit temperamental. The complex rules are over the top somewhat. While staying at the residence guests should be allowed to have,within reason, some of their Filipino family visit them at the complex and use the facilities. Maybe I'm old fashioned. I understand there are a lot of permanent residents in the complex whose entitlements should be respected accordingly.
