Ottima esperienza

The location is amazing! Truly! I was looking forward to waking up everyday to people watch and walk around. I didn’t need to go anywhere, because everything you need to do to see and explore Naples is 10-15 minutes away, including the beach! The staff, esp Rossana was so friendly, she told us every single thing we needed to know in using Naples delicacies and food recs around the area! We had an issue with drainage in our room, not atypical in Naples as buildings are very old, staff upgraded us to a better room and we’re so quick to resolve. They clean your room daily and provide new towels, etc. Highly recommend. Will be coming back!
Nothing. I had a beautiful stay. They even let us check out late. Hospitality was top notch!
