    The Cellar House was surprising, I guess I didn't realize how big it was compared to the photos. Lots of room, great location and the Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood walking distance to town.

    Kitchen is well stocked. Having a dishwasher was great! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels available. Great to have two showers for the amount of people we had staying. Host quickly replied to questions and gave us lots of advice on what wineries and breweries to check out. Quiet neighbourhood. About a 15 min walk to town.

    Very cold in the family room downstairs but blankets were provided so we were ok. Hot tub was high in chemicals which I understand is necessary if a lot of people are using but we had to have two showers after as we were itchy. Would have been nice to have an umbrella for the outdoor seating in the back yard, and a teapot in the kitchen.

    The location of the house is great, and it's clean and quiet with a comfortable bed that allowed us to rest well.

    The back door lock got stuck, and despite our communication with the host several, we were still unable to open the door to the backyard or use the hot tub. My daughters had to disappointedly put their swimwear back into the suitcase. Before the trip, I specifically told them that they would enjoy a massage spa in the backyard. I read previous reviews where the guest who couldn't use the hot tub received a partial refund; I asked if we could receive the same treatment, but there was no response.
