    What you see is what you get, nothing more nothing less.

    The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was also good. It’s in a really convenient location because it’s connected to the mall right next to it and also the MRT train station. It’s just outside the chaos of Siam and Asok (basically the crazy part of Bangkok) so it’s nice and peaceful. The room is nice and spacious though there were some issues I had which were promptly and professionally dealt with thanks to the amazing staff at the hotel.

    So there’s somethings that weren’t up to what I had expected from them, however, when I did bring it to their attention they changed my room. So before my room was change the fridge was barely cooling anything in it and the TV was old and was just about functioning now ordinarily I wouldn’t care but this isn’t something I was expecting from a brand like Centara. The new room though was much better but still something’s were the same like the furniture in general was dated and old.
