    Overall a great stay

    The location was excellent and easy enough to walk into city all be it a fair distance. Food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly

    Unable to have a bath/shower as neither of us could get in or out safely. No handrails to help older clients use that facility as the bath height to high. Stairs a little steep for older less mobile people.

    Excellent 3 night stay in Cambridge with excellent location and lovely and clean hotel.

    The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Excellent location. Could walk to town centre in about 15-20 minutes or easy bus ride with choice of 3 buses. Very good breakfast included. Serving staff very attentive.

    Stairs very steep and no lift.

    The reception is available until very late and works very well.

    I had an attic room and the shower was somehow unconfortable (this can nevertheless just apply to that specific room).
