    Сніданок з прекрасним видом на океан.

    Відсутність тепла в номері, полотенце сушарки теж не вистачало підсушити купальник після bluelagoon

    Great location; helpful staff; comfortable room (with good charging outlets) and bathroom. Everything I needed for my conference and a couple of days of sightseeing afterward.

    Good, functional, pleasant stay in a great, practical location, but lacking character.

    Great location, by the water and Harpa, but only a few mins walk to everything central. Functional, clean, well designed room making good use of space. Breakfast is on 8th floor looking out on the harbour and Harpa, not in a basement.

    All a bit drab, grey, characterless.

    The reception was always very helpful

    I don't like room 510. Too small for 2 persons. Pillows in the bed were very thin and as I prefer harder pillows, my sleep quality was poor
