    Lage ist perfekt, Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Ausstattung ist gut.

    Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Matratzen im kleinen Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand, komplett durchgelegen mit einer Mulde in der Mitte. Im Zimmer gibt's keine Möglichkeit Raum zu verdunkeln. Zusätzlich hatten wir eine sehr unangenehme Situation: seit Check-in gab es keinen Strom und Warmwasser in der Wohnung, verursacht durch Überflutung am Vortag. Obwohl das bekannt war hat uns Eigentümer nicht im Vorfeld informiert. Nach einem Tag ohne Strom und Warmwasser haben wir die Wohnung vorzeitig verlassen. Uns wurde ein Tag in voller Höhe verrechnet (obwohl wir keinen Strom und Warmwasser hatten). Kulanz von Eigentümer war nicht zu spüren.
