    La ubicación y el aire acondicionado. La cocina y la amplitud del apartamento. Cuenta con dos baños completos aunque algo viejos.

    La limpieza de la terraza. Y la mampara de un baño era vieja y dejaba salir todo el agua. Además en la cocina no había ni una bayeta ni se deja nada para facilitar fregar y recoger. Eso lo deben mejorar.
