    Well furnished, AC, Wifi, comfortable walk to the place and very easy to check-in. Location was very convenient. Supermarkets and bakeries are 5-8 min walking.

    There was a strong mold smell in the room. A kitchenette is announced but in fact there are no pots, knifes or basic tools to prepare a simple meal. There is no kettle too, just a 0.8 L turkish coffee-like heater.

    The owner is an educated, ideal, understanding, and accommodating woman who respects her guests and is quick to respond. I will certainly stay here again in the future and highly recommend it, as everything advertised online was completely accurate. If you seek comfort and a pleasant stay—regarding hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and proximity to the city center, shops, cafes, tourist attractions, and transport—this is the place for you. I would also like to use this review to express my sincere gratitude to her.

    Don't even think about cooking; the area can't really be called a kitchen in the true sense of the word. The stove is merely decorative and unusable due to the lack of equipment, and frying food is prohibited. The microwave can only be used to reheat food—a restriction I believe is the owner's right in order to keep the room clean. There is a small kettle and a limited number of plates and cups.
