The bidet was a plus. It was quite clean, no dirt, no random hair from previous guests. A lot of towels were prepared to be used. There was a standard kettle which I didn't use (we all know the underwear washing horror stories, right). The fridge was functional. The location was perfect, close enough to everything you might need. I felt really safe walking the streets nearby. The street where the apartment is wasn't overly noisy, just some trash collection truck passing by. Price was pleasant and the owner was communicative, asked us whether we needed extra blankets or cleaning/replacing sheets and towels during our week-long stay.
There was some black mold in the shower. There was a sign to open the windows after showering, I guess not many guests before us did that. However it would be advisable to get rid of the mold. I also found some specks behind the bed, but it might have been something else than mold, maybe coffee stains, who knows. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. Also you have to expect other guests being noisy, the walls weren't very soundproof and somebody rang the doorbell like ten times a day, I guess two individuals shared the keys and it was frankly annoying. Also, the toilet brush was nasty and could use a replacement. Oh and the bed, that was horrible. Soft, spring mattress. That was horrible. I always felt like I would fall off the bed if I got close to the edge and the springs under me contracted. A mosquito net could be a nice upgrade to avoid guests being tortured by some invasive tiger mosquito species that live there.

Comfy and beautiful room, quiet streets
The location of the accommodation was just about 3 minutes to the office, and off by a quiet street, plenty of restos within walking distance from each other. The room was beautiful, neat, comfortable, and well-prepared, as well as the bathroom! Antonio, the owner, was very kind and gracious. I was having problems with using the key to enter the room, but he really went and showed me how. 10/10 I went there in October, so, it could easily be chilly! I think there are extra blankets by the drawer.
