  Abysmal management by MT Homes

  The apartment is cosy, kitchen is functional withball needed and bathroom is well appointed, however shower does not drain well. Interior design, artworks and details are wonderful.  Property is poorly managed and shows  as neglected.

  The place wasn't clean. Dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom ,  black dust, dirty crockery in the kitchen cabinets, crumbs in the oven,  stained dirty table mats.Balcony and windows were filthy. Some plugs pulled off the walls amongst many cracks, wall stains and other damages. No cleaning products(as listed on Booking) , no dish soap or bin liners. Just one used small sponge. See picture of what was provided for a 9 day stay! MT Homes management is abysmal, unprofessional and very arrogant. Exception made by a young girl who was understanding over the phone initially. Note: all communication was in Bulgarian, so there were no misunderstandings. When I called upon arrival,  excuses were made . I had to call again and request even the WIFI -no code was left in the apartment. I purchased all necessary and spent the first hours cleaning. We asked for a set of sheets to be provided for the 9 days stay,. Nothing was provided , despite message that they will. I spoke with an arrogant man called Martin.He asked for additional payment if we "wanted services"and  bragged about how many properties he manages  and blatantly lied that he was the owner. Telling me that we should have chosen better place, that they have around the corner.... I am sure the actual owner who resides in Germany and was contacted , was unimpressed that the management was posing as owner! He was appalled by the circumstances. According to the lovely neighbours,  there have been persistent issues with the management. A big construction site is adjacent to the building and insulation is stripped bare. Bedroom faces the street on 1st floor. We were woken up every single day (9 days including the weekend) from 5am/6.30am with trucks, drilling works, very noisy bunch of of builders smoking exactly under the bedroom windows and shouting for hours on end. Needless to say, that windows could not be open at all due to the dust, dirt and cigarette smoke.

  Доволни сме от апартамента като цяло и пак бихме посетили.

  Много хубаво беше да разполагаме с цял апартамент. Местенцето беше много арт обзаведено, страшно близо до централната част, сравнително тихо (правеха ремонт срещу спалнята ни от рано сутринта, но предполагаме, че е еднократен случай), имахме и кухня на разположение, също така банята много ни хареса. Успяхме да намерим и място за паркиране в близост до апартамента.

  Ремонтните дейности от 07:00 в неделя.
