    Adequate but underwhelming. Company provides absolutely the bare minimum service.

    Location to the University and to town. Proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment was excellent.

    Located on a Main Street, traffic (bus-truck) noise all day. When weather was hot and windows were open, it got very noisy in the front part of the house (we arrived during a heat wave). The house is adequately stocked, however, the beds and pillows are old, and extremely uncomfortable (past due for a refurbishment-replacement). Property advertised a washer/dryer combo, this was not the case… Washer only. Parking nearby proved to be difficult (no street parking during the day, and limited nearby). Company provides exactly one bath and one hand towel per person. There are no extras unless you are willing to pay a fee… No broom, Hoover, anything to attempt to clean up any mess if required. Trash collection is at the front of the house. Rubbish bins are at the back… Which means they had to be dragged from the back to the front on trash day (through the house) which proved both inconvenient and unhygienic. Although the house was clean, it is definitely “tired” and in need some updating. Would stay again, only if nothing more updated or convenient was available… And even then I would have to think carefully.

    Love, love, love!

    Staff were helpful to make sure our son was catered to during our stay, the house itself was immaculate, perfect location, less than 10 mins to main town, had such a homely feel, would love to visit again! Thank you so much!!
