Location. Balcony
Generally tired. Would be fine for a short stay. When we saw it we cancelled the second part of our stay within the window to get half refund. To date have received only a fraction of what is due.

Great location but in need of minor repairs and improved air conditioning.
Great location in close proximity to the metro. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with futon in living area. Full kitchen (which we barely used). Good building security.
Unit was advertised as air conditioned. There was 1 small unit in the living space which did not provide sufficient cooling for the apartment given the high outdoor temperatures. The room with the AC never got below 35C even though it was set on 16C. The second bedroom was stiflingly hot, Each room needs an air conditioning unit. The cleaning person said that was all that was available. The owner later said we should have asked earlier, they had more units and could have provided them. Given the hot weather, the owner should have had them placed there in the beginning. There were a few other fairly minor maintenance issues.
