    Convenient Location

    Convenient location, close to tram stop, great cafes including Lune (best croissants!). Across road are variety of convenience stores including Coles supermarket & shopping mall of Outlet Stores & Foodcourt. Lots of restaurants although most are asian including GongCha in main foyer. Essentially a serviced apartment with all modcons. Ensuite is huge and both bedrooms have cityviews. Separate Laundry has washing machine only but does have private deck with drying rack. Full size fridge and dishwasher included. There was a gym & pool on 6th floor however you had to pass a induction course first (didnt do as only ran on week days during office hours).

    Collected keys from lock box facility located across the road near Southern Cross Station however took 3 attempts before sensor would accept QR code to unlock the box. Apartment is oddly planned with main bedroom containing a hallway leading to a small annex with external windows & city views but the ensuite bathroom was fully opened with no doors. Had to use wardrobe doors to provide some privacy but still get to hear everything on the toilet! Shower drain needs cleaning as it blocks up easily when shower head is running at full power with water running into ensuite floor (in the end, had to reduce shower mixer to 1/2 speed to stop water running out. A serious lack of towel rails with only 1 small rail. No heated towel rail so in winter, it would be very hard to dry towels overnight. Ranchslider lock broken but unlikely anyone could climb 30 floors.
