    The accommodation was great and the location perfect. But the issues outlined above marred thebstay.

    There was major confusion over accessing the apartment - the key safe was lost we were told to meet the cleaners there. We rushed from a very nice lunch to do so and waited over an hour with multiple calls to the helpdesk and a lot of confusion. It was fine but a bad start. And then there was no internet connection due to a major fault. Again I called the helpdesk - they were aware of the issue but no one had informed us. This was another major inconvenience.

    Lovely apartment in an excellent location, would definitely recommend to friends.

    The location was great, very central. It was quiet , comfortable and secure. Comfortable beds, and a good level of cleanliness throughout the apartment.

    The shower door leaked despite closing it carefully, so the sealing around it may need replacing. We both would have appreciated bedside lights by the bed, and possibly some lamps in the living area to make it a little more cosy.
