    Very poor check in process. Photos provided gave a false impression which marred my stay

    The apartment was clean and sufficient for our stay

    Completely disorganised Check In. Told I would have the PIN at 3:30pm by 8pm it still had not turned up. Call the number provided - not answered. Told it was for "emergencies only" by text. Eventually provided the PIN number. Then the host complained to me! Saying Booking were useless (words to that effect) and referring to the company as Booking.Crap! I think the pictures provided gave a different impression of the apartment than in reality (ie they overstated how modern the apartment was). So I spent the whole time feeling I had been duped!

    Nothing!

    This apartment is very run down. Taps in the bathroom are broken and didnt work. Toilet seat and shower curtain are disgusting. Dishwasher broken. Blinds are broken. The pictures you see on booking.com are not what you are arriving to! WiFi didnt work. The entrance to the apartment was filthy. Windows were filthy. Avoid!!!

    Offered a measly £40 refund. I felt terrible allowing my children to stay there. Avoid this place. I wouldn’t stay there

    Nothing. It was disgraceful.

    Broken shards of glass on rug. Dog biscuits under coffee table. Dog hairs on bed sheets. Bowl of half eaten crisps in cupboard. Floors were un mopped. Loads of hairs in bath. Strong strong smell of dogs.
