    Schönes kleines Apartment in guter Lage

    Gute Lage, angebunden an ÖPNV, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants und der Augarten in der Nähe. Bequemes Bett, schöner Balkon

    Keine Abtropfmöglichkeit am Spülbecken, wie gefühlt in fast jeder Ferienwohnung

    Kleines, angenehm gestaltetes Appartement mit gemütlichem Balkon; da der Wohnblock durch eine Häuserzeile geschützt ist, bleibt es tagsüber und nachts trotz belebter Umgebung sehr ruhig. Darum und auch wegen den bequemen Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Unsere Fragen wurden jeweils rasch und unkompliziert beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartementes war für uns optimal. Alles Nötige für einen Ferienaufenthalt ist in der Umgebung erhältlich und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist mit U-Bahn, Bus und Tram ausgezeichnet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien sind somit gut erreichbar.

    Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgerüstet, jedoch etwas unpraktisch eingerichtet (sehr kleines Spülbecken, wenig Ablageflächen). Leider haben einige Grundutensilien gefehlt (Abtropfbecken, Abtrockungstuch, sauber Schwamm/Lappen). Bei unserer Ankunft war die Luft vom Abfluss im Bad oder von der Waschmaschine recht unangenehm.
