  Terrible customer service and unacceptable handling of an emergency

  The location was good. Upon arrival, the person handling the check-in told us that if we arrived after 10:00 PM, we would be charged 40 euros, which had not been mentioned when we made the reservation. We rushed out of the airport and took a taxi. In the end, we had to wait 15 minutes for her because she was at a party, but she did not charge us the 40 euros.

  The apartment was well located and clean, but it was on the first floor and was very dark. In addition, it had a lot of dampness and smelled musty. During the last few days, we even started having headaches. On our second night, the apartment key stopped working and we were locked out at 12:30 AM. We contacted the check-in person, whose response was rude, calling us disrespectful for contacting them at that time. After several attempts, customer service finally replied around 2:00 AM, only via WhatsApp, making communication slow and difficult. A locksmith arrived around 3:00 AM but was also unable to open the door. Despite this, the staff was very unhelpful and not proactive. We had to insist repeatedly on being relocated, as they initially suggested we find a hotel ourselves and send them the invoice later. We were left outside for over four hours, without access to our belongings, documents, medication, or phone chargers, in the cold and exhausted. We were finally relocated at 5:00 AM, although this could have been arranged much earlier. The next day, we had to contact them again ourselves. When someone finally opened the apartment with a new key, they sarcastically said, “Look, magic.” While we understand that unexpected issues can happen, the lack of urgency, empathy, and professionalism from the staff made an already stressful situation much worse. We paid a total of 994.40 euros for 4 nights and requested a refund of 248.60 euros, but they offered us only 188 euros. Through our lawyers, we will try to reach an agreement. I hope this does not happen to anyone else during their vacation.

  Fiyat fayda dengesi iyiydi. Sorunsuz kalış.

  Ev çok genişti. Kalabalık aileler için bile yeterince yer vardı. Oldukça temiz düzenli ve neredeyse bir evde aradığınız herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. Evi teslim etmek için Françesko sizinle buluşuyor. Ildukça nazik ve ilgili birisiydi.

  Aslında merkezden çok uzak değil ama yine de yaklaşık 20-25 dakşka yürümeniz gerekebilir. Yine de Evin kendi bulunduğu alanda da cafe restorant market vb. Herşeyi bulabilirsiniz.

  Excelente custo benefício

  A localização da casa é excelente, bairro super tranquilo com supermercado perto, a anfitriã foi muito boa, tive um pequeno com um atraso de voo que gerou um desconforto inicial mas nada que interferiria na hospedagem e ela depois compreendeu o problema A casa é linda, todos os utensílios possíveis na casa dois banheiros camas confortáveis

  A única coisa que incomodava era a fechadura da porta que tivemos um pouco de dificuldade no abrir, mas nada que atrapalhasse a hospedagem Só temos a agradecer
