It was nice it was a flat as opposed to just one room

Gutter need repair as it runs down the outside window when it rains.

Look a lot better in the pictures.

It was easy to get in.

The place wasn’t clean. The windows had been left closed during a heat wave so it was too hot to be in the apartment when we got there. The bathroom lights weren’t working properly so you had to leave the door open when using the bathroom. Also the painting above the bed had a huge chip out of the frame.
