    Great building, great location. However, cleaning standards need to change heavily! Rather poor!

    The location was great and easy to get to from Waverly main station. Rear views nice, front's not. Beds and Towels were clean.

    There was a random medicine packet left on the floor and under the settees and beds were littered with crumbs and dust. There was a grey line on the carpet under the bed and dust on skirtings and wall sockets. The shower head was covered in mould, so was the inside of the bath overflow and the jacuzzi bath, which is out of commission, bits float out whilst bathing. Needless to say, I got out of the bath and has a shower. Then I noticed. the tiled sealing of the shower was cover in black mould, which could have have easily been cleaned. Kitchen mat, last washed 2016? One of the extension leads had a burnt out on the plug socket? Why not change this, it's clearly a fire risk?!? Also, TV present with the coaxial cable ripped out the adapter in the back of the TV, so no TV........ Why have a TV if the TV doesn’t work? The sofa bed was not comfy at all with a ridge half way down, that was raised higher than the foot or head area. The side draw handles were dangling out, of which I tightened two up and thought, why should I bother if they don't, I'm paying good money for this! The windows let cold air in heavily and they rattle. When you're paying this amount, you expect better! The maddening thing is it could be easily sorted for £50 and a couple of hours work!
