Great location, great for a short stay.
The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. It was also really quiet in the property which was nice. Two really nice sofas and two armchairs made the living room a really good space to relax in.
The parking was a bit unclear. We had a small car which would fit in the garage but we couldn't get it in because of another car parked in the courtyard. There were a few niggles, a dripping tap in the kitchen, the dining room chairs needed the screws tightening, a wobbly towel rail and part of one of the showers didn't work.

Very comfortable property in a central Chichester location to die for.
Brilliant location . In the main very well equipped. Very comfortable. Receptive agents.
One or two small issues: address of the property and directions to it were misleading; wrong garage key (but we opened the door from the inside), dripping kitchen tap, missing small serrated knife - but nothing that adversely affected our enjoyment of the property.

Attic bedroom – very poor value for money, especially on summer days
The location is very central. However, that is the only positive aspect. We certainly do not wish to disparage the apartment entirely, but we feel that the price-performance ratio—particularly the extreme surcharge during festival periods—is not even remotely justified.
We booked the apartment to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed. We have been doing this for ten years and have watched apartment prices rise annually during the festival period. This particular property is a prime example of how the situation is being exploited and how poor the value for money has become. The furnishings are outdated, the sofa is sagging, and everything is worn out. The promotional photos are all enhanced and create expectations regarding cleanliness that are not met. Worst of all—and completely unacceptable given the price charged—is the temperature inside the apartment during the summer months. The festival week wasn't even the hottest week of the summer; the preceding weeks had been even warmer. The two main bedrooms are in the attic. The apartment became so overheated that, despite airing it out properly overnight, the temperature in the upstairs bedrooms remained at 27°C—and was even higher during the day. While it is not unusual for an attic space to heat up like that, we find it unacceptable that no air conditioning has been installed to justify the exorbitant rental price. For 2027, the asking price for one week is now around €5,000. That is another 50% increase over what we paid this year; even the €3,300 we paid for the week felt disproportionate, as we could barely sleep in the stiflingly hot apartment with its attic bedrooms. We had to stop airing out the apartment at night-pretty much right on schedule at 4:30 AM—and close all the windows because the place is located right in the middle of a seagull hangout, and they greet the morning very loudly. The two of us stayed there and, contrary to our usual habits, slept in separate beds because the beds are quite narrow for two people-especially when it’s so warm. The bed on the ground floor is just as narrow and is positioned against the wall; sleeping two people in it is practically unthinkable. Marketing the apartment as suitable for six people is unrealistic.

Great property , I would use again
Great location, nicely decorated , attentive management
This is not a reflection on the property , however , we were there during the recorded breaking heatwave in June , the property like most UK houses does not have AC, therefore , it was miserable . Although we were provided fans that helped in the late evening
