La perfezione
Casa in una bella zona ,facilmente raggiungibile e vicino al centro. Appartamento ampio, stanze luminose, bei balconi, pulitissimo. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata ineccepibile, gentilissima e disponibilissima.

Good value and convenient location but several shortcomings.
Clean and mostly well-maintained; 2 decent sized bedrooms, one with a balcony; new bath; eat-in kitchen; small washing machine; building seems secure; decent sized rooms; close to town center, friendly and mostly accessible landlord, and his sweet mom lives next door.
No living room, so no place to sit and relax except at the kitchen table. A LOT of stairs, both outside and inside, to this third-floor unit, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for it. (The micro-sized elevator helps a bit inside but doesn’t stop on every floor). Depressing block and common areas. The building is across the street from a gas station. Available parking (at extra cost) is in FRONT of the teeny garage space in back, and maneuvering around the many cars back there through the gate and down the steep ramp can be challenging. There is allegedly free street parking, but we never saw a single empty space in the immediate neighborhood. When we arrived at the building at 3 PM the landlord was at work and unavailable so made his mom the heavy - she tried so hard to be nice but did not understand English. We wasted a frustrating hour trying to communicate with her, her calling her son, using apps, etc. The cleaning service forgot to replenish shower essentials like soap, shampoo, etc. Listing showed a microwave, but there was only a tabletop conventional oven.

Hote très sympathique, avec un accueil de qualité. L'appartement est situé à moins de 10 minutes du centre ville d'Asti. 2e étage. 2 balcons. L'un donne sur une rue assez passante, mais pas bruyante. Eau et dosettes fournies par l hote (machine à café type Lavazza). Présence d'un garage (box) mais...
de peite taille (étroit), donc convient plutôt à une voiture citadine. NB : pas de micro-ondes, contrairement au descriptif, mais présence d'un four.
