    Disappointing

    The location, it’s right in the centre and still seemed quite quiet. It had a washing machine and kitchen

    The property has so much potential, but unfortunately, the lack of maintenance and attention to detail made our stay frustrating and disappointing. The toilet was broken, and rather than fixing it before guests arrived, the solution was to leave a note above it instructing guests to press the button a second time if it continued running. Even this didn’t always work, meaning we often had to repeatedly press the button and leave the toilet running for extended periods. This is not something guests should have to deal with during their stay. The TV barely worked and looked like it was from 1999. The towels were crusty and smelled stale, the shower soap dispenser was empty, and despite having a washing machine, no laundry detergent was provided. The coffee machine came with only two pods for two guests staying four days, which felt incredibly inadequate. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but together they reflect a lack of care, maintenance, and basic hospitality. It’s disappointing because the property has so much potential, but the execution simply wasn’t there. With proper upkeep and more thought put into the guest experience, this place could be so much better.

    Really good apartment, clean, nice, modern and has everything you need!

    The apartment was very clean and nice. It had all the necessary things, plus even more. The location is nice since it is very close to the city centre. The addition of the coffee machine is very nice, and the iron really helped!

    Gozsdu Udvar can be somewhat noisy, and my friends noticed it, but I didn't. Also the place might be a but unsafe, but this didn't really impact this stay.
