Do not book. Unless you want the worst customer service, stress and unexpected extra costs
Buyer beware. Do not book. These people cancelled our booking via text message 90 mins before check in time! Then ghosted us. It was the football grand final long weekend, and we were flying from interstate for a family wedding. There were no alternative accommodation options for our family of 5 so late on such a busy weekend. Which resulted in spending another $685 and our mother having to find a bed elsewhere. They offered us $92 to compensate.
