Sleep deprived
Layout of house
My boys of 13 and 11 had no where to sleep as the footon was only just big enough for my 13 year old I had to get a camp bed from my friend. My youngest ended up in the adult bed so no sleep was had and we were all tiered for the trip. Not suitable for a 13 and 11 year old..

Perfectly placed comfortable apartment.
The flat was ideally located to walk down into town although do bear in mind it’s on a hill so coming back up needs a good burst of energy - worth considering if you have younger ones. The flat was perfectly comfortable with a nice welcome pack in the fridge which got us started with some tea and Cornish biscuits. Literally a last minute decision to stay over whilst visiting some friends on their boat in the marina. Parking was a great bonus although also plenty of space on road out the front. We had an electric car which needed charging so parked it in the Marina car park over night to charge, about a 15min walk. Peaceful, comfortable and great location.

Lage.
Nette Einrichtung. Allerdings mit Billigmöbel, die einer Vermietung scheinbar nicht standhalten. Küchenmöbel verzogen und zum Teil kaputt. Appartement für Familie mit 2 Kindern eigentlich nicht geeignet (Couch für 2 Kinder nur bedingt tauglich). Wasserflecken an den Mauern. Spinnweben in den Ecken. Badezimmer sehr klein mit starken Gebrauchsspuren. WLan hat nicht funktioniert.

Precioso apartamento con plaza de aparcamiento en el centro de Falmouth
Apartamento precioso y con mucho encanto. Está decorado con muchísimo gusto y cuidado hasta el último detalle, y además está muy bien equipado, por lo que no echamos nada en falta durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación es muy buena para conocer Falmouth y alrededores y el hecho de disponer de plaza de parking fue muy cómodo para nosotros. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos, y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. Además, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una selección de productos típicos de Cornualles como bienvenida, ¡un puntazo que nos encantó! 😊 Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda si volvemos a Cornwall.
