    Stunning location

    A beautifully presented apartment on the quay. Location was incredible. The bed very comfortable. It was also great to have all the facilities available. Well Maintained and lovely and clean.

    Initial confusion on where the door was located. A better description may be “Front door located on main road”.

    Clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable

    Very noisy at night. Even with the windows closed we were disturbed!

    Horrendous and not worth the money or rating!

    The central location within Gunwharf. I say this loosely as the precise location was actually terrible.

    It was not fit for a family of 4, with younger children. The constant noise from banging doors within the block, as well as the overlooked carpark (drunk people sitting on the benches outside the hotel opposite at various points of the night, i.e. 3am, constant deliveries and road cleaning, and trains), was unbearable. We had only a few hours sleep if that. On top of that was the unpleasant smell from the foyer and corridors, and questionable residents that were constantly smoking within the lifts. Just not an enjoyable experience at all. The apartment was very worn, lots of marks/dents and stains on walls, doors and mattresses/sheets. How it has the 4 thumb rating is beyond me!
