    Tirana is just an amazing place. Very friendly. We felt very safe there - two ladies travelling. Recommend booking a walking tour - trip to the Bunker and cable car/mountain top - and House of Leaves museum. Also Millennium Garden for cocktails. Number 11 bus to Bunker and mountain cable car stops outside apartment. Plus taxi rank there too so handy for early morning trip back to airport.
