    Fab location, easy to find and reasonably priced

    Excellent location, comfy and easy to find. Christian was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

    Just in need of a little TLC with a couple of things, flooring slightly uneven under the rug, and could maybe do with a couple of glasses for water but didn’t stop us from having a fab night away.

    Great value for a short stay in Kendal.

    Perfect location right behind main Kendal high street. Property well kept and pretty comfortable. Ideal for our one night. Bed was a little too soft for our liking but others may like it that way. Altogether we’d certainly recommend for a short stay in Kendal. The owner sent a nice email to advise on recommendations of where to eat and visit which was a nice touch. The Thai was excellent.

    For the price it’s great. Only downside on our stay was the bed.
