Terrible.
Nothing
Hard to find, room cluttered and hot, host not available when I told her I was arriving - she was asleep and had to be let into building by random stranger. Took her five minutes to respond when I pounded on her door. Room is in a council estate - didn’t feel safe there.

The host is a sweet woman renting rooms in two apartments that she owns in London. She is very committed to keeping the rooms sparkly clean & the bed is comfy. She brought out snacks

Not at all as described.
This is a multi-bedroom apartment, with each room rented separately. The room and bathroom were clean, but none of the amenities (balcony, fireplace, in-room kitchenette) were present. All of the appliances (TV, etc) were unplugged, so if you want to use them you need to spend time setting them up. The house kitchen was unusable - items stored everywhere, the oven blocked off, and the fridge and cabinets stuffed with old food. WiFi was fine, but signs on the property prohibit working from the space during the day. If you need a last-minute overnight, or boarding-style housing - I guess it’s fine - but be aware that it’s also located more than 25 minutes (on public transit) from the location described in the listing (see map, as well as photos of the room).

It was clean and comfortable
The lady was not helpful at all. She was focused on drops of water in the bathroom, scolding me about it. She wanted me to leave after one nigh( t?) because of it.I had classes to attend in the day and couldn't leave. At night I was tired and couldn't either. I stayed for my 4 nights but it was straining.
