Overpromise, underdelivery
Position, spaces
An abandoned place, partially and quickly refurbished. No fans nor A/C, noisy environment. We were promised sparkling wine and chocolate. Neither was there. Bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and toilet is separated.

Die Bettwäsche war sauber, ebenso das Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Allerdings waren die Böden nicht ausreichend sauber und in den Ecken war viel Staub. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt, die Fenster sind alt und schlecht isoliert, sodass man von draußen fast alles hört – es fühlt sich an, als würde man direkt auf der Straße schlafen. Das Apartment befindet sich im zweiten Stock, aber die Treppen sind sehr anstrengend, fast so, als würde man in den fünften Stock steigen. Insgesamt waren einige Dinge sauber, aber das Gebäude und insbesondere die Lärmisolierung könnten definitiv deutlich besser sein.

Appartamento ristrutturato e luminoso. Posizione a 30 minuti dal centro a piedi.
Senza aria condizionata si è costretti a dormire a finestre aperte per il caldo ma dalla strada sottostante sale un tal rumore che non consente di chiudere occhio.
