Apartment has great potential thanks to its size and location, but it would benefit better maintenanc
The apartment is very spacious, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the location is good, close to the metro, shops, and the Vatican.
Unfortunately, the overall maintenance and cleanliness standards leave a lot to be desired. On the last morning of our stay, the door lock broke, leaving part of our group locked inside the apartment and part outside. While the management reacted quickly and the issue was resolved within about two hours, such a serious malfunction suggests a lack of proper maintenance. The apartment was also missing many basic items that should be expected in accommodation for eight people, such as a sufficient number of dishes, cutlery, glasses, and mugs. Essential kitchen supplies like a dish sponge, kitchen towels, paper towels, salt, dishwasher tablets, and a few coffee capsules would have made a significant difference. Cleanliness was another disappointment. We found dirty bed linen, dust in the corners, and even socks left behind by previous guests under the curtains. Some of the equipment was unsuitable or faulty: the iron had a UK plug, one frying pan did not work on the induction hob, and the oven was not properly secured and would slide out of the cabinet because of a damaged locking mechanism. The water pressure initially seemed very low, which we thought might simply be a characteristic of an older building. However, we later discovered that the faucet aerators were heavily clogged with limescale.

Very comfortable apartment ! Very very comfortable beds and pillows! Very clean and good organized. It is not cheap, but it worth it. Everything in the apartment is new and working properly. We had a great stay there. The service is nice also. After we had arrived, they asked whether we needed something. We asked for more laundry tablets (there was only one). The stuff proposed us to buy and refund us for it.
When i was performing on line check in, i discovered that i need to pay 100 euro for cleaning. When i asked the stuff about this, they explained that it was written somewhere in the apartment description. It was. I checked afterward. But if it is a necessary option, make it part of the cost of the apartment. But this is the only thing that i didn't like. The apartment is truly very good.

Excellent
The house is very large and every room is very comfortable. This is the best accommodation experience we had in Italy. At first, we didn't understand the power supply and the circuit breaker tripped. The owner was very patient and helped us solve it. I highly recommend staying here.
If I must make some suggestions for improvement, maybe we can improve the wifi speed to make it faster. Also, when taking a shower at the same time, the water in one shower may be hot and cold.
