  We loved our stay! The highlight was the incredible location and the stunning views over Europe Square, both during the day and in the evening. The apartment is on the fourth floor, in the tower of a historic building, with balconies overlooking the square. The apartment is very spacious, with a large living room, a big dining table, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s also a lovely Italian restaurant in the same building where we enjoyed breakfast. Right in the heart of Old Batumi, it’s a wonderful base for exploring the main sights and beautiful streets on foot.

  One thing to keep in mind: the square can be a little noisy at night due to the nearby restaurants and crowds, so it may not suit those looking for complete quiet. But it didn’t bother us at all, and we were very happy with our choice!

  Excellent stay overall, high value for money.

  The location is superb and the apartment is spacious. It was clean and represent correctly the pictures in the site.

  Need more toilet paper. Missing one remote control for the 2nd room AC, and new batteries for the other AC remote controls (the living room air conditioning needs to be checked for low gas)

  Mükemmel konumda , küçük ama eksik detaylı

  Konumu mükemmel. İkram olan şarap iyidi teşekkür ederiz. Manzara olarak direkt meydanı görüyor. Yüksek tavan oluşu ve çok geniş metrekareye sahip olması çok iyi .Balkon çok enlemesine geniş gürültü gelmiyor. Yaşam alanı gibi yatak ve çekyat, sofa var.

  Mutfakta eksik fazla. Baharat olarak kullanılacak hiçbirşey yok diyebilirim tuz dahil. Çatal bıçaklar tabaklar bardaklar yeterli değil. Daha fazlası olabilir. Temizlik olarak standart temizlik yapılmış ama detaylı temizlik yapılmamış. Sıcak su son gün yoktu ve çözümleyemedik. Ev sahibi mesajlarımıza da hiçbir yanıt vermedi. Duş almadan çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

  Крутое расположение,возможно самое лучшее в Батуми Невероятной красоты дом,квартира прямо в башенке с видом на площадь. На фоне дома часто фотографируются туристы. Квартира удачной планировки,две спальни,просторная светлая гостиная,огромный балкон,есть все для жизни. Масса мест где можно уютно устроиться,креслица,стульчики,диванчики. Есть смарт-тв. Большущий добротный стол. Приятно было с дороги угоститься грузинским вином. Нико оставил карточки от смешного платного лифта и два комплекта ключей. Внизу итальянский ресторанчик с идеальными завтраками. Тут же макдак. До моря 5 -7 минут через парк. Вокруг приятная застройка

  Было шумновато- делали ремонт соседи,лаяли собаки,в квартиру проникали запахи сигарет и еды. Хозяин оперативно решил вопрос. Еще местами заметно,что квартира "уставшая". Шатается душевая стойка, свет не работал в прихожей и моргал в спальне, в ванной очень тусклые лампы, подрана подушка на диване и,как тут уже писали,кошмарный запах источает холодильник. Но мы останавливались ненадолго и не готовили,так что нас это не слишком напрягло.
