    Very clean, had everything necessary, great beds, very safe. We were very comfortable

    Toilet plumbing in bathrooms a bit noisy - whined! Fake plant on side of bed needs a wash! Smelt dusty. Plane departure at 6.30 can be heard but this is probably a Cairns CBD problem.. No hospital noise. Booking process: asked to provide ID through email which made me uncomfortable. Needed to call Cozy homes twice to clarify issues. They were helpful but I felt I shouldn't have needed to call.

    Very nice aparment, but a bit far from the center.

    The apartment was great! Well equipped, comfortable, and well organized. They also helped us book a great cruise on the Great Barrier Reef.

    It was a bit far from the center, so we had to use Uber a lot. The good news is that Uber works great in Cairnes and it was reasonably priced. We were disappointed that there was no arrangement for luggage storage, as we had an evening flight and didn't have where to keep the suitcases. This really needs to be taken care of.

    The staff of Cozi homes were really good. Great communication and always looking to help us out. Easy step by step instr

    The size, the layout, the security, the comfy beds, the pool, the location.

    In the flight plan of landing planes. Didn’t have a lift, which was only necessary because of my 90 year old parents, otherwise I wouldn’t have cared. I didn’t realize till we got there as never read anywhere in the description of it.
