  Great location, good value, helpful hosts

  Excellent location in the centre of town but on a quiet road. Only 10 mins walk from the bus station and the cathedral and 5 mins from a supermarket. The owners were lovely and helpful - we didn’t meet in person but they answered all questions very promptly and also gave helpful suggestions such as restaurant recommendations. The property is quite plain but it had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. It was great to have kitchen facilities in a place where eating out is so expensive.

  Some of the kitchen cupboards were very high so beyond the reach of some members of our group.

  L'accoglienza è stata splendida, l'host molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione eccezionale, proprio a pochi minuti dal centro.

  Non c'è il parcheggio per cui bisogna trovarlo in strada,ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovarlo nei dintorni.

  Inga is too nice! Very welcoming , the apartment is kitted out to cook which is handy as it’s so expensive to eat in Reykjavík. It’s very quiet at night and the bed is comfortable. It’s only a mi ute walk to the Main Street

  Comfortable bed, great location, very clean, quiet, and private. The kitchen (including the coffee machine) was very helpful, as well as the laundry washing machine and drying rack. The blackout curtains were very much appreciated so that we could sleep when it never got dark outside in June. The abundance of hooks around the apartment to hang things on was very helpful as well. Host was very responsive before and during our trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked for us with cookware, utensils, etc.

  Nothing was a problem for us, but the fact that the dishes were stored on a very high shelf that I couldn't reach made me thankful that my husband was tall enough to reach them! The smell of sulfur in the hot water when you shower and the relatively small size of the bathroom are perhaps unavoidable in Reykjavik but may be challenging for some travelers.

  Cozy and spacious apartment near the center of town. Great location and value!

  The apartment was spacious, which was nice because we had been staying in super small places. Omar and his son Adam met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. They were super helpful (and friendly) with providing suggestions on where to eat. The apartment is centrally located, which allowed us to walk around town. The curtains were great with blocking out the sun since sunset was at midnight.

  There is no outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer. However, there are several outlets in the bedroom. I suggested they add a mirror near one of the outlets. Also, parking could be tricky to find, but it was free, which is great!
