We would not stay here again

Bright and good layout. Linen clean

Tried to cancel when realised didn’t have parking included, as was suggested by ad. Renter blamed this on Booking.com descriptions. Request was not granted even tho’ only one day over time (was offered alternative but that did not suit). Listing stated two bathrooms, which was key for our needs, but in fact was one bathroom and one toilet - renter blamed this on booking.com also. Sofas were filthy. Poor mattresses. Boiling hot property: heatwave yes, but windows locked for safety and not enough fans per bedroom). Bedroom became infested with flies but only one bedroom so was not due to heat. Fridge didn’t work properly and was clogged up with massive ice mass so drinks were not cold. Lots of issues and wish we’d stayed somewhere else. Liaison with renter did not go well. Was thanked for feedback and stated all issues would be addressed, but this did not change our inconvenience and discomfort. Tiny partial refund offered given number of issues. We declined it. We had wanted a comfortable stay for a family funeral. We did not get one.

The ideal central apartments in Hereford - comfort, style and excellent customer service. Thanks so much for helping to

We booked both apartments for our wedding last week. These were the perfect spaces for our stay. The apartments are beautiful, modern, central and really spacious. The hosts were so responsive and swiftly answered any questions we had throughout the stay and in the lead up to our stay!

    Nothing at all!!
