  Don't recommend for families with small children

  Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. 🚿 No hot water — the main issue: We booked the apartment for 6 nights but had to leave after only 3 nights. On the third day, the hot water was turned off due to planned maintenance. There is no boiler in the apartment, so there was no alternative source of hot water. We had actually seen notices at the nearby water park and shop saying that there would be no hot water. Since this was planned maintenance, the owners must have known about it, but they did not inform us in advance. We were travelling with two small children, so having no hot water was a serious issue. We had to find alternative accommodation and move out very quickly with two children. I contacted Booking.com support about the situation, but unfortunately received no response. 🔒 Security: The entrance door to the building broke on the second day and remained unsecured, meaning that anyone could enter the building. In the evenings, people who appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs regularly sat on the bench in the entrance area. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially with two small children. Other issues: • The apartment was very noisy. • The air conditioning stopped working on the second day. • The kitchen stools were very high and uncomfortable. • There was no microwave. • The shower is poorly designed — after taking a shower, the floor and everything around it gets wet. The lift is extremely small and very old, and we noticed that the local residents did not use it. With two small children and a stroller, using the lift was particularly uncomfortable. 💰 Refund: We checked out on time, and as soon as we left, the cleaner arrived.

  Всичко в апартамента беше чудесно. Домакинът беше много любезен и на разположение като веднага реагира, за да помогне при настаняване и други въпроси.

  Чува се шум от трамваите от много рано сутрин, които преминават и дрънчат повече.
