    Am avut o experiență plăcută în acest apartament. A fost curat, bine întreținut și suficient de spațios pentru 3 persoane. Scara blocului este curată, iar liftul funcționează bine, ceea ce este un mare plus. Un alt avantaj este amplasarea. Chiar la parterul blocului se află o cafenea care deschide la ora 8:30, perfectă pentru cafeaua de dimineață. La aproximativ 100 m există un magazin Froo, de unde se pot cumpăra produse și mâncare dietetică. În apropiere se găsesc și Luca, precum și un aprozar de unde am cumpărat cireșe foarte gustoase. Per total, recomand acest apartament pentru curățenie, confort și poziția excelentă, având toate facilitățile necesare la câțiva pași.
