Εύκολη επικοινωνία και ευγενικός διαχειριστής. Πολύ κεντρικό διαμέρισμα με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα, την αγορά, τα αξιοθέατα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης κλπ. Αν και είναι κεντρικό και πολύ κοντά στην Τσιμισκή, όταν κλείνουν τα παράθυρα, δεν ακούγεται καθόλου ο ήχος των αυτοκινήτων. Μεγάλοι και άνετοι χώροι, καθώς και επαρκής εξοπλισμός.
Θα μπορούσε να είναι ανοιγμένος και στρωμένος ο καναπές-κρεβάτι εφόσον είχαμε κλείσει για 4 άτομα. Επίσης, θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν κάποια ακόμα κουζινικά (πχ. κοφτερό μαχαίρι).
