served its purpose
The location was not a problem.
Overall, the accommodation served its purpose for our stay, but unfortunately, it wasn't the right choice for our family, mainly due to the stairs. The stairs were much steeper than we had anticipated, with an additional steep set of steps leading to the top bedroom. As we were travelling with elderly parents and several family members with knee problems, this proved quite challenging for us all. In hindsight, I should have asked more questions about the layout before booking, as the property wasn't the most suitable for our needs. Communication with the owner could also have been easier, both before and during our stay. When we arrived late at night, we had difficulty opening the key box and couldn't access the property. We tried calling for assistance, but unfortunately, our calls weren't answered and a message was sent instead. I asked if they could please call me, and they eventually returned my call, allowing us to resolve the problem. Given the late hour and how tired we all were, particularly our elderly parents, a quicker response would have been appreciated. The beds in the top bedroom were also quite uncomfortable, as we could feel the springs in the mattresses. I asked whether a mattress topper might be available, and an effort was made to help. In the end, I found an extra duvet to put on top, which helped a little. The other beds were more comfortable, but the mattresses in the top bedroom would benefit from being replaced. On a positive note, the bathroom was lovely. With seven people sharing the property, however, having a separate toilet as well would have been a real advantage. The property may be suitable for other guests, particularly those who are comfortable with steep stairs, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best fit for our family. With easier access, more comfortable mattresses and a little more responsive communication, the overall experience could have been much better.

Pleasant and homely - convenient.
Large dining table, well stocked kitchen, downstairs bathroom
Steep stairs, clocks were wrong, beds were springy

Practical and roomy enough despite being a terraced house. Just fine for 8 / 10 people
Kitchen lacks cooking équipement, it needs some décent pans and a new frying pan and there were only 3 forks and only 4 or 5 knives. ....😶 otherwise all good.

Good value for money and comfort. Sleeps more than 8 if you needed it to.
It came with pretty much everything you need. Kitchen equipment, bathroom stuff etc.
There could have been more cleaning equipment available like black bin liners etc and fairy liquid.
