  Nicely located, regular, two bedroom apartment.

  Great location for walking around Waikiki. Well stocked with kitchen & bathroom supplies. Nice chocolate treat found upon arrival. Appreciated the laundry soap & dyer sheets. Plenty of towels. Secure building & area. Good internet. Nice TVs.

  Trying to give a realistic review. We were mostly comfortable and the location suited our need. My expectations were set high due to the title description of the apartment, which states Luxury Penthouse. Those two words carry A LOT of weight behind them. This apartment was located on the 32nd of a 38 floor building. My understanding of “Penthouse” is they are on the top floor. There is a separate elevator from the 2-31st floors, so maybe the traffic was lighter. Parking is exclusive to the basement parking & not the tower parking. “Luxury” to me states, top amenities, quality furniture and plush bedding. The bedding was not ….. flat foam pillows. The bed itself was ok, but cheap bedding made it not a comfortable sleep. Partial board bedroom furniture that is due for a change. The apartment was redone in 2017 and is well over due for a good deep cleaning. The apartment was “clean”, but lacked long care detail. Carpet in the bedrooms are both well stained. Fans on all rooms have a heavy collection of dust. Walls throughout need to be repainted … very scuffed up. The AC in the master bedroom was so loud, we could not have it on to sleep. (the other two AC units were fine) The door & windows to the patio in the living room do not completely close. Surprisingly, street traffic & conversations could be heard all throughout the night, as if it were right outside our window. This was a last minute booking for us, as the place we booked long before canceled a few weeks before our trip. Booking .com did work with us & reimbursed the difference in pricing from our previous location after our stay. I think if I had booked this & had paid the full price, I would not be happy. Because we got a partial refund from Booking, it took the sting out. Any encounter I had with owner/manager was pleasant.

  Next time I will stay at a hotel

  The location was great right in the center of everything and not far from the airport.

  The fire alarm going off like every other day at like 5 am. And the unit had roaches!!! Not water bugs but actual roaches. The sofa bed and the roll away bed were both broken.
